Privacy Policy

plato·agent is operated by Plato. This site is a single-purpose web utility for designing and simulating AI agent configs. It does not require an account, does not transmit your inputs to any server, and stores data only in your browser's localStorage.

What we collect

• Agent configs you design — stay 100% in your browser. System prompts, tool definitions, and session transcripts are stored only in localStorage and never transmitted. Verify by opening DevTools → Network — no requests are made when you use the tool.
• Anonymous analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and understand which features are useful. Cloudflare processes only aggregated, anonymized data. No personal identifier is linked to analytics.
• Advertising — once this site is approved for Google AdSense, ad code from Google's advertising network will be loaded. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings.

What we do NOT collect

• Your name, email, address, or phone number — we don't ask
• The system prompts or tool definitions you design — never transmitted
• Session transcripts — stored only in localStorage, never sent anywhere
• Account information — there are no accounts
• Payment information — the tool is free

Third-party services

• Cloudflare Pages — for hosting. Cloudflare may log basic request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) per their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — for traffic analytics. Privacy-respecting, no cross-site tracking. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google AdSense (once approved) — for ads. See Google Ads policies.

Cookies

The tool itself does not set cookies. AdSense (when active) sets cookies via Google's domain. You can block or clear these via your browser settings without affecting the tool's functionality. localStorage is used only to persist your agent config and session between page loads — it is never read by any external service.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data subject rights (GDPR, CCPA)

Since we do not collect personal information beyond anonymous analytics, in most cases there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete. To clear any locally stored data, open your browser's DevTools → Application → Local Storage and delete keys prefixed with agentConfig or agentSession. Contact us if you have a specific request.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Substantive changes will be noted on the homepage.
